Q1: What is your minimum order quantity?
A1: Our stock standard MOQ is 500 pieces per color. For OEM custom lures with personalized logo and colors, the MOQ is 1000 pieces per design.
Q2: Can I customize lure colors, logos and packages?
A2: Yes, full OEM & ODM service supported. We can customize body paint, emboss your brand logo on lures and design exclusive retail packaging.
Q3: How long is your mass production lead time?
A3: In-stock standard lures take 7 working days to deliver. Custom OEM orders need 12-15 working days based on order quantity.
Q4: Am I able to get free lure samples before bulk order?
A4: Sample orders are available. Customers only need to cover the shipping cost, sample fee will be fully refunded when you place formal bulk orders later.
Q5: What payment terms do you accept for wholesale orders?
A5: We support T/T bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal for small sample orders. L/C is acceptable for large long-term cooperation orders.
Q6: What is your bulk order after-sales policy?
A6: All products pass double QC inspection before delivery. If defective products are received due to factory production issues, we will provide free replacement or corresponding compensation in your next order.
