Wholesale orders are decided as much by terms as by product. This page sets out exactly how ordering from Luretrophy works - minimum quantities, lead times, samples, payment, shipping and documentation - so buyers can plan stock and cash flow before they commit.
Minimum order quantity (MOQ)
- Stock models: 500 pcs per model and colour.
- Custom OEM designs (custom colours, logo, packaging): 1,000 pcs per design.
MOQ applies per variant rather than per order, so a mixed container across several models is possible. If you are testing a new market, start with stock colours and add your branding through hang tags or stickers.
Lead times
- Stock models: normally 7-15 working days to ship.
- OEM production: usually 30-45 working days, depending on design complexity, painting stages and packaging.
- Samples: normally 3-5 working days.
Lead time starts after the deposit is received and artwork or samples are approved. Peak season (spring and pre-Christmas) can add days, so plan replenishment early.
Payment terms
Payment is arranged offline by T/T bank transfer or other agreed B2B terms. First orders normally require a deposit with the balance settled before shipment; long-term partners can discuss more flexible terms. This website does not process online payments - all orders are handled by inquiry so that pricing, duties and shipping can be quoted properly.
Shipping and Incoterms
- Methods: express courier, air freight and sea freight.
- Terms: FOB Guangzhou / Shenzhen / Ningbo, CIF or DDP.
- We recommend the most cost-effective option for your volume and destination, and provide full export documentation.
Quality control and documentation
Every batch is inspected before shipment, including hook salt-spray tests, visual checks and function testing. Inspection photos, certificates and product images for your listings are available on request.
How to place an order
- Send your model list, colours, sizes and quantities, plus destination country.
- We confirm availability, unit price, MOQ, lead time and shipping options in writing.
- Approve the proforma invoice and pay the deposit.
- Samples (for OEM) or production begins; we update you at each stage.
- Final inspection, balance payment, shipment and document release.
